1- Assessing the state of mental focus

The first step to improving your mental focus is to assess your current condition, and to do this, you can ask yourself some questions, such as, “Do you dream awake” at work? It should be noted that not all distractions are external, noise and environmental disturbances are often easier to control than internal problems such as fatigue, anxiety, lack of motivation, and other internal disturbances.

3- Focus on one thing at a time
