I’ve tried all 4 Spar colors and Gold has the most noticeable effects and gives the most energy. With this, “less is better”. Just 1 cap 6hrs apart gives the perfect boost! But if I take 2 at a time or closer together than 6hrs and it has the opposite effect. (Be careful taking consistently for too long, though.) LOVE these!! Thank you, Sparzz!!
