Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To start a return request, please contact us first by email or through our contact page before sending any item back.
Return Conditions
To be eligible for a return, the item must be:
– Unused
– Unopened
– In its original packaging
– In the same condition that you received it
– Accompanied by proof of purchase or order number
For health, hygiene, and safety reasons, opened or used wellness products, supplements, personal care products, food items, or consumable products cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Please include:

– A clear description of the issue
– Clear photos of the product and packaging
After reviewing your request, we may offer a replacement, refund, or another suitable solution depending on the situation.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
– Opened or used wellness, supplement, food, or personal care products
– Items not in their original packaging
– Items damaged due to misuse or improper handling
– Gift cards, if applicable
– Products marked as final sale, where allowed by law
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service for returns. Sparzz is not responsible for returned items lost during return shipping.
Return Address
Please contact us before returning any item. We will provide return instructions and the appropriate return address after your return request is approved.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email about the approval or rejection of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method.
Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider or bank.
Order Cancellations
If you need to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible.
We can only cancel an order before it has been processed or shipped. Once an order has been shipped, it must follow our return process.
