What Countries do you ship to?

We only ships to the Continental US and Hawaii

How do i track shipment progress?

you have received an email from us that your order has been shipped,
you can simply follow the link and to track your order. You typically receive an email confirmation immediately after the order has been shipped.

Tracking Info is also available by logging into your account

Can I select different billing and delivery addresses?

Yes, you can select an address for the billing information and a different address for the delivery information – such as a workplace. Please ensure that both addresses are entered correctly on the website.

How do I return an item?

Please see the Nerva Brands Returns Policy for details on how to return your item(s). A returns slip can be found on the reverse of you invoice, please fill this out and include it in the returned package.

Payments can be made by Check, Money Order, or Wire Transfer.

How fast do you process and ship orders?

All orders will be shipped within 24-48 hours. Orders placed on the weekend will be shipped the following business day.
We do our best to ship all packages same day.

Do you accept Credit Cards?

We accept all types of credit cards, in addition to payment via PayPal

How do i cancel my order?

you wish to cancel your order simply email us before your order ships.
Once your order has shipped we are unable to cancel nor reroute your
order.
